I have completed a five day intensive in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) training and am trained in various reintegrative therapy techniques.
Outside of the Office
I married my middle school sweetheart in 2013 and we have three beautiful children. My husband and I are both northwest Charlotte natives and love all things NC! While I don't get much free time with three little ones, when I do, I love to paint, read novels of all genres, baking and cooking, and taking bubble baths! My family and I love hiking/exploring new places, especially outdoors!
