So great to meet you! I’m Ashley, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate practicing in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

It can be a difficult and overwhelming decision to begin therapy. Just like you, I am a human who has experienced painful things in my life and I have needed the help of counselors and therapists in order to move forward.  I believe in the healing and freedom that can come through the secure, safe bond that the therapeutic relationship can provide as a person who has experienced it first hand! My hope is to help every client feel deeply heard and valued as they come in prepared to share their most vulnerable struggles and experiences.
